trasnfering a credit card balance to a new card with 0% apr

I would like to know if I transfer a credit card balance to another credit card, would I be receiving points on the card that now has the new balance once I pay it off?

No.  Read the fine print.  Balance transfers and cash advances don't qualify to earn points.
