Sharing AA Miles?

Hi,
I have some miles on my own AAdvantage account. Is there any way my mom can share miles from her account so that i can combine them and book a ticket???

Unfortunately not, but both of you can sign up for a Credit Card ang get 75,000 miles. Maybe someone else can post a link as I am on my phone.

you can 'gift' miles to someone, but it's totally not worth the cost they charge you.
