I think you'll need to pick whether you want 2 actual beds or you want a suite. Standard suites are typically 1 king bed + sleeper sofa. I've seen some premium ones with 2 beds but those can't be booked with a SUA.

PH has 2 bed suites. Been upgraded to them both times I asked.

Just curios when do you request the upgrade when you checked in?
If I'm going to have my name added or a guest of honor booking not sure if they'll upgrade anything more than what was originally booked?

Can't be sure. Upgrades are always YMMV unless a suite upgrade award is used to book a standard suite.

They're supposed to give you a standard suite if it's available at check in but some properties are better about it than others.

I've seen mixed reviews on Gild Hall, believe that's the only cat 4 (and soon will be a cat 5).
