Can someone please help me out, I'm currently checked in baha mar as a goh and they did not upgrade me at all since " THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY" but online it does show room upgrades available how can I proceed? would love to be in a better room before shabbos.

there are no free night certificates for category 8 hotels.  category 8 hotel exist so you need points for those hotels not certificates 

they exist for cat 1-4. and category 7 for globalists
