Yes, on your one year anniversary.
They can only be used up to category 4 while the bonus nights can be used on any category.

I am selling the 2 suite upgrade certificates received with my Chase Hyatt Visa Card, each good for one night upgrade from a paid room.

.  They are 2 free nights.. I'm still not sure what he's referring to ... But those suite upgrades have been offered many times for free I believe on these forums....

Never been to a hotel that wanted more than $100 or so for a suite upgrade.
