I got it couple of days ago, but yeah it is very YMMV. You could email your concierge in advance to see if they will promise anything for after expiry.

I thought it was always disallowed to be buying and selling openly but thought trades or selling reservations was fine. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Looking for 7 nights continuous booking. You can get credit stay booking as the second guest. The  price  depends on  the method you use.

Why would price depend on the method that the seller uses? Regardless, if that is the case then you should list out what you are paying for each as there are only 3 different options (cash, points, or FNCs).

realistically he is asking for points in a hidden way cause its not allowed.  no date on hotel type category or anything else.  odd request.

It's a waste of time and similar to what he did to me last time. He posts saying 2nd guest is fine and when I offer a cheaper rate (vs. Guest of Honor), he then pretends to play dumb and asks if he will be guaranteed to receive Globalist benefits, etc. He is a Globalist himself and knows how this works. When I tell him that I cannot guarantee that he receives the Globalist benefits, he says he will only move forward if I honor the cheaper price and do Guest of Honor. He tried the same bait and switch on me several weeks ago.

the guy seems to be a high volume broker. personally I don't deal with brokers because of risk of accounts being compromised. everyone has their own risk tolerance
