Tried it once. Made 2 separate reservations. Different agents and all, Didn't work. Though I did get the elite rate on both which I think is not allowed.

The suggestion was to come here an try to buy a night off someone - they usually go for ~$250 I think, which is a better value than using 30K UR.

If you have any suits upgrade, then you def need to book P+C. I used P+C on paris one on this coming Christmas with suits upgrade Since I am a diamond acct.

Cat 7 is a horrible value for c+p although it is obviously a better value than paying full price and it is the only cheap way to get a suite there as there are very few free suite nights left.

I am saying if you have a suits upgrade in your acct. Then the best choice will be C+P.  unless you want to hold the DSU.

I guess if you have a DSU and want a suite, do c+p and then email the gm for a special suite. I did that in hk for a cat 6 hotel and got a $1400 room for $150+12500 points a night.
