That's tough. I'm sure you've thought of options but how about reserving a connected room next to a regular suite.
Also sometimes suites (i.e. Philadelphia) have enough room for 2/3 cots and couch space.

Local Hyatt House and Hyatt Place work like that even just with regular Hyatt Diamond. It's a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed -- perfect. Casual, but it works.
The Hyatt Regency in Miami and also HR Coral Gables have luxurious amenities for a couple, but not a separate bedroom unless it was a $700+ suite.
Perhaps if we went to check in and asked in person they'd do it, but we were over an hour away.
