i can get the andaz 5th avenue on the dates requested, but they only have a double bed room on the 5th. let me know if that works. also im not selling for less than $250 a night. please let me know ASAP because they only have a few rooms left.

I know of maybe 1 (mayyybe 2) successes and at least as many failures.
