I've only used Hyatt nights - never sold.

Can I book my nights with someone else's CC so I won't be liable for any problems that arise?

You asked if you can use a cc other than your own, the answer is yes - any cc.

And then two more days with another guy's certificates.
Can it be done and how.
Also Can I check in only once being that day 3 starts on shabbos.

Book you and both hosts (3 guests) on both reservations and have your wife wait outside while you check in. If youre lucky it will fly by.
