Because I would want to keep the same room two nights. Basically gonna use one night as anniversary and second night paying.

I've used anniversary and SUN nights over shabbos without issue. Shabbos or not, you should
combine your nights at the beginning of the stay (or ideally before over the phone) so that you have the same room the entire time.

Im trying to book 2 nights but I can't seem to use my certificates? It allows points for those nights tho? Can someone please explain?

It's YMMV. One night i was able to book online and the next i had to call in for.

Try booking two separate nights and then merge afterwards.

Redundant. DSU's are only awarded to Diamond members.

yes but those expired in Feb. If anyone has one now they have to be diamond!
