Can someone explain/walk-thru the process of how to add a "second guest"? It's not popping out as obvious from the website (and wasn't available as an option when booking the award night).

It's no big deal to have her call. Just let her make the reservation and say that her partner might come and check in before her so she wants to add someone else to the reservation.
