its $75 on hyatts overpriced menu, if you get it at the restaurant it will be much cheaper

I hear where you are coming from, and would probably do the same for myself, but for a chosson and kallah I would hear an argument that the breakfast is more valuable. I think there is a very high value to having breakfast delivered to your hotel room without having to spend the time or money to go out for food the morning after the chasunah. Does it match up to the value of the points if spent elsewhere? No. But some experiences may be worth taking a loss in the redemtion value.

sometimes friends arrange for a breakfast or a brunch delivery for a wedding gift, so better off getting a nicer room/hotel/location and have others deliver your breakfast, instead.

I hear. I am unfamiliar with these services and whether they are in fact "seamless", but if they are, I would understand saving the points for a better redemtion

I hear everyone's thoughts and will look into cheaper options. I will say that all things considered, I like 5th Ave Andaz better than the PH anyway. Even a cheap perk, fre minibar is nice and better location.
