Don't really want to sell but it seems like a lot of people are looking: I have 3 globalist nights in the same account. Will sell for $350 each. Price is firm. Nights include waived resort fee as all SUN. Free parking it it can be billed to the room, free breakfast, late checkout and suite upgrade to base suite if available at check in. Prefer to sell in US hyatts only as I've had issues lately with international Hyatt's. But if you know a certain international property is ok with AH not being there I will sell it to you at your own risk.

Giving away 3 free DSUs on paid or c and p stays of 5 nights or more. Or selling them for $200 each on award stays.

Yup, it's pretty much been confirmed by all the blogs. Not necessarily bad news though for people looking to stay at a category 5 or lower. Plus this might lower the costs of Hyatt points on the market.

Affordable is subjective, and nothing wrong with becoming more affordable. it's simple economics that when supply increases and demand remains the same, prices will go down. Of course, with the termination of the SUNs, maybe demand will increase as well. And this is all assuming that everyone who currently churns and sells SUNs will continue churning and selling the points, which is more complicated and therefore not certain.

I guess we'll just need to wait and see what happens.

no one is selling SUN for 200 unless they are expiring but point taken as points are way more expensive for 30k nights
