Would Hyatt let me swap out a points reservation at PHP with a SUN? Website no longer showing availability for the date.

Hiccup is that the SUN is in my dad's account, but reservation is in my account.

i am able to get them to do this easily with the same account through my globalist rep but phone reps never do it for me.
