Consider booking 1 night in your name on the front, then merging reservations later. I'm 100% with that. Otherwise, I recently did the Ziva Rose Hall with no issues without doing that.

It's a bit more complicated. You can have the person you bought from call Hyatt and ask to make you the primary on the reservation. They will need your Hyatt account details (#, name, address, phone, e-mail). This transfers the reservation entirely to you (including stay night credit). It does take the call, and not all sellers are willing to do or are aware of this option.

Has this changed recently that we can call Hyatt to change the reservation primary to another person for the anniversary night? I know using points is always fine but I thought Hyatt certificate was not transferable. When I sold my certificate last time, I called Hyatt to add the buyer's name to the reservation as secondary guest. Then I ask the rep to put a note in the reservation that the secondary guest will check in before me.

I am looking for a suite upgrade that will only expire after January. I am going to UTAH yeshivah week and staying in a hyatt there on points. Please let me know if anyone has a suite upgrade they are willing to sell. I have spoken to the hotel who said that they are willing to allow me to use my point with anothers suite upgrade as long as that person is on the reservation "staying" with me
