Why is that?
because they don’t gain anything by you booking with them. If it’s a cash rate they earn the points
I see. They do earn elite credits though......
PSA to all. No one wants these. If anyone is willing to book out of someone else’s account they will find a globalist who would get them a club lounge and much more
Everybody I've seen charges a fee for that though. A couple of us are offering the club lounge access free of charge. And depending on the property Globalist doesn't get you anything more than that anyways. Free parking if the hotel is charging for it, but that's it I think.
Everybody I've seen charges a fee for that though.
How about upgrade? How about waived resort fee? Again on paid stays I am sure a globalist would do it for free, on points stays there involves the hassle of transferring points, if you are willing to do that and throw in a free club upgrade I am sure you can find people but I dont see a gain for you to do that
From what I've seen most people are not paying for these stays, they're using FNC's or points. And on award stays everybody gets waived resort fees, so that wouldn't matter. Upgrade chance true, again depending on the property that could matter, maybe that chance is worth paying for to some folks.
Let me introduce you to @blur1717.
The people giving away free club upgrades are they doing it on points stays or only paid stays?
I'm giving it away for either, points or paid.
There's a limit of transferring/receiving points once every 30 days so nobody would be able to book stays for people in an unlimited fashion.
Ok very nice of you. you will really gain a lot by having a guy transfer 8K Hyatt to you so he can get club access for 1 night and not be able to transfer in or out for the next 30 days
old school........Can book on someones account w/o actually transferring points.
Are you alluding to buying the points from them? Yeah that's an option if you can agree on a price.
The other thing is that there's a difference between a Globalist doing a booking for someone on their own account adding the person as a secondary, and doing a GoH booking. People here are willing to do a GoH paid stay booking for free?
