“Unfortunately, this hotel is not accepting World of Hyatt points or award during those dates” does that mean I can’t use these anniversary nights?

I want to add that the “standard rate” is available when booking with cash

if anyone else want to try I’m paying $300 for 2 cat 1-4 nights ($150/night) but reservation is for tonight so next couple of hours only
After looking around it seems the key point here is that these nights are not supposed to have blackout dates and should be able to be used whenever a standard rate is available
