Note to others: If you post wanting to Buy .. and you can’t even bother posting a price (per forum rules) .. then at least have the decency to reply to those who spend the time reaching out to you. I go out of my way to answer PMs when I initiate a buy/sell request .. I thought that was common courtesy .. maybe it’s just me.

You can't guarantee all the below. From experience bthere are several hotels that won't grant the benefits to a second guest.

From my experience Hyatt Indian Wells, Hyatt lake tahoe.

But it can be at any property if u reach a front desk agent that picks up on the trick

Interesting, I did an Indian Wells booking a few weeks ago during the first week of December that went smoothly. I'll keep that in mind that it's a YMMV thing

Thank you Droppedsun! I just had the best experience with him! He booked the hotel for me and sent me seamless and smoothless updates from the hotel. I ran into no trouble at all and was super easy, stress free and convenient booking with him.
Not only did we get the $50 resort fee waived, we also got a free suite upgrade, $60 in food vouchers per day, free parking, VIP service and a 10% rebate. Would definitely book again with droppedsun.
