I actually did have luck getting a kosher breakfast at the Confidante.  You need to give them 24 hour notice so they can order it.

I'll pay you 15% of the base price of your stay, or $30/night, your choice. So if your stay is $300, you'd get $45 from me. Even if your stay is only $80, you'd get a minimum of $30 per night.

And you get Globalist status for your stay. I can throw in a suite upgrade certificate for any bookings of 5+ nights or >$1k.

At the time of this writing, my 15% offer is the highest in this thread. I've got many Hyatt transactions of this type over in the Reddit marketplace, please let me know if you'd like references.

Yes, I said that my percentage is the highest. My per diem minimum is less, obviously, so someone staying at a $50 Hyatt Place would do well to accept that one. Someone at a $300 Grand Hyatt would do better to take mine, particularly if using the Suite Upgrade.

Yeshiva Break is always in January. During a "normal" year, this wouldn't be an issue in the slightest.

In a normal year Hyatt doesn't offer double elite qualifying nights though, that's why Globalists are so eager to book for people until 2/28.

I called the FD at the Confidante this morning, and they had a kosher catering service available and included with the Globalist breakfast benefit

Exactly. Not a lot of big vacation stays in the US right now. I'd think there's be some use to someone who just wanted to get out of town for a bit to a $70 Hyatt Place, or in the occasional instances where a work traveler doesn't need to tie his name to the reservation.
