Sold two nights to nu9uri . Added him to the reservation as a guest per normal. He called hotel and verified he's on the reservation but won't call me to discuss.

He sent me $1 instead of the $150 and claims he needs to be primary guest. Please reassure him this is the normal way as he seems to be new to this. 

Stupidly, I didn't take payment first as cancel period is elapsed. First time I made that mistake - Maybe it's me that's the  noob.

Based on your info, I made the reservation and added you as a guest. You never mentioned gifting awards. I have sold many awards and you can check my history/references all you like. I value this community.
