Silly question - but i'm assuming that the Cat 1-7 certs arent valid for Cat 8 properties selling for 35K points right?

Just get confused as folks keep saying the certs are valid for 35K bookings.

Correct, not valid for Cat 8. It is valid for Cat 7 when pricing at peak which is 35K.
