I would say it is MORE likely for a SD if bought via eBay as those sellers most of the time are Chinese accounts that are pretty shady

Lots of stories on the Hyatt Facebook Gift Exchange site about Chinese scammers selling Globalist status on EBAY and then accounts getting flagged by Hyatt and put into audit.
