I see 1-4 FNCs really jumped up in price this year, last year they were getting snagged for 115-130, now it's 150+, i think I saw someone offer it for $200. Why such a drastic change? 15k spend and Chase Hyatt card still let you earn it... I can see GOH/SUA prices change due to how they are not earned, but FNC...?

I see them at different prices based on availability. And have purchased some at much lower prices this year.

Just because someone is asking for 200 in the post does not mean it's selling at the price.

Probably a few things:
1. Board has become more popular with buyers
2. Inflation (Granted you could call out the devalve). If a room is $350, you are willing to pay more on the cert.
3. Transferability.
3A. Risk-adverse people are buying them because the risk is losing $125 to a scammer now where previously there was always a risk you show up and the scammer had cancelled the room or they don't let you get in.
3B. More globalists are buying to get qualifying nights. (I probably fall into this category). Instead of doing mattress runs at C1s, I'm getting enjoyment out of C4 hotels in better areas with Globalist benefits,
