Is this a Suite upgrade for $300, or a suite room?

Staying at Paris Madeleine and they do not accept Suite Upgrade Certs (one of 4 Hyatt's that don't).

Actual suites. People on DDF give away the suite upgrades for free.

I just opened a chase Hyatt card and have 2 free nights. how do i sell those? the person i spoke to on the phone said they have to be used for stays with my name.

1- is that correct?
2- if it is sellable, what is it worth?
3- if it is not sellable, whats the most expensive hyatt in the US to take advantage of (i live in NY)

1. They aren't officially sellable, but people have successfully added a second name to the reservation and that person was able to check in, but it isn't officially allowed so they have to think the main guest will be joining as well.
2. $~200 a night, see the posts above.
3. The Park Hyatts are usually the most expensive properties, PH Paris can be $1,000/night for some nights.
