they advertise this sale about every day for in stores. if you work out the math its not that gr8. you should not be paying more than 25 a shirt that leaves you at 3 suits for 475 (if you getting the exec.) that about 160 a suit and you have to buy 3 we have seen much better

1. If you don't buy the freebies you pay full retail.
2. You feel like you're getting a better deal.
3. Since they switch up the sales all the time, people who aren't too price conscious will end up paying retail more often.

Sorry to double post (I posted in the comments of the main page post) but check out the cross symbol on the JAB homepage. It seems like it's saying the 3 free shirts have to be less than $94.50, unless it means each. Not really sure myself though.

I just got my three pairs of pants and three shirts in the mail. two of the pairs had a 0 on the receipt. But one of them had the full $155. So I returned just that one pair (which didn't fit anyways) and got the full refund!

This is a great shayla for a posek. I wonder if this is a different shayla than the buy one suit for $177 get one for $57 . There, at least you are not paying $0 which they clearly would not be maskim to.

If you bought a suit during the buy one, get one for $77 promo, what would you do if you just wanted to return the more expensive suit and both suits are on the same receipt?

I had that happen to me with 2 platinum suits, normally $2,195 each, on sale for $1,400 for one and $77 for the 2nd and I bought them in 2 sizes not knowing which one would fit me...

I'd ask them to credit me half the charge. That's what happened to me when I returned a suit with a BOGOF offer. It was two for $275, or receipt said $275 the other said $0, I had the guy adjust the $0 and give me $137.50 back.

(not the same as your case, but I think they'd do it).

At least in CLE store the store manager doesn't do that. She credits you back for whatever you bring.
I once tried to bring back a wrong size coat that was $0.01 but she won't divide the price and give me half, so I had to bring back both items.
Same went for the other way around, she just credits back whatever the receipt says.
