Platinum and Premier Gold Base Offer reduced...is that a bad sign for matching?

I have been going through offers one or two at a time. I am just about to complete the requirements for Chase Sapphire and was about to apply for both amex (Premier Gold and Platinum) offers and attempt to match (which seems everyone is succeeding at from reports here). WHen I clicked the links on Dansdeals.com homepage and clicked apply it redierected me to new offers. Premier Gold was offering 10K Miles. Platinum is offering NO miles. Is that a sign not apply and attempt a match?

Easyest way is to call up and ask them for the 50k or 75k bonus and have them look it up since you lost your flyer/email.
