All maps and diagrams were removed for the Ten Lost edition.

He also made a bunch of random and arbitrary changes between the editions which kinda annoyed me. Why change the Iranian guy's name, for example? That's just confusing.

I doubt whether I'll end up reading it, I usually avoid all fiction books/novels etc.

Though I must say the video of the lecture posted above does intrigue me (and might belong in a different thread which is now locked ;)), but even running it at 2x speed is too long for me to consume in a single uninterrupted sitting.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
