I believe DL started that July 1, so they're copying DL on that one
Crazy to charge someone $$$ for a 3rd bag when they are already paying $$$$$$ for the tickets.  Just more incentive to fly a carrier with a real business or first class like Cathay Pacific when possible.  Can't imagine why someone would go CO or DL on a route like that.

Try Elal :P

But seriously, if you go there on vacation with your wife and Rafi for a couple of weeks, a total of 5 bags should be more than enough.

And even worse they matched CO's $70 2nd bag fee to TLV.
I'm sure DL and US won't be able to resist now.

This is crazy!! Economy passengers will only be able to take one suitcase from USA to Israel!
Makes it very hard for families with children and boys and girls studying there!! leaving us with Delta to be the only direct route that still allows two pieces!!

Almost every airline in europe allows only one bag in economy. The same goes for business with 2 bags, so dont complain on co, they are prob one of the last to allow 3 bags in business.

A normal person traveling, has plenty of weight with 50 pounds, only us jiden need more. A "goy" travels with 2 jeans and is done, no shabbes clothing...
