I am trying to put a list together of the pro's and cons of the main bassinet strollers:

UppaBaby (UB)
PRO:
so easy to push
great basket (HUGE)
the bassinet is easy to take on and off
the wheels are easy to remove if need be
folds in a sinch
handle bar is great for tall and short people
the rumble seat lets the kid sit like a human being (not slide down)
the break is easy to push and doesnt break easily
the lay back position is great for kids who need to sleep on the go
the sun visor is a life savor
option to use with car seat (need to purchase the adapter)
fantastic customer service

con:
its wide but still easy to push
it can be heavy for some
the lock to close the stroller (it broke on mine)

Is there a reason not to buy a once-used 2011 UB Vista from Craigslist vs a 2015 one from Nordstrom? Have the features changed much?

I might sell you my Uppababy Vista 2014 for the right price. I don't really use it anymore. It's green and the frame and rear wheels are new, they were just replaced a few weeks ago. Comes with bassinet and liner. Oh, and rain and bug covers..

My questions wasn't "does anyone have one to buy" but rather is there a big difference between 2011 and 2015. Also I'm in LA just FYI.

Massively. Much easier to fold now, much better if you want to add a rumbleseat to make a double.
Plus current accessories won't work with the versions before 2015.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Wow, well those are all great reasons to get something current. Do you think BB&B is better or worse than Nordstrom with returns? I know Nordstrom will send you a return label, but BB&B is pretty good too, no? Decided whether to take advantage of the current sale on DDMS.

@Daniel:
No free return shipping there.
No lifetime return policy there. In fact if you open the box their 14 day return policy goes down to 0 days.

Edit: Oops. Sorry. Didn't realize you were asking about Bed Bath & Beyond. My bad, sorry.

That was referring to Babysden.com. I just looked it up though. BB&B does offer free returns but the lifetime return policy doesn't apply to baby items (which can only be returned in unused condition).

My UB Vista 2010 frame just split!!! The only thing they can do for me is offer me a new frame at a discounted price.  Am I wrong to think that a frame to an expensive carriage should last much longer?  I really take good care of the carriage and am using it for my second kid.  Till now I have had such good experiences with the carriage, but this is very upsetting!

I would think that too. My UB Vista 2014 was shaky after a year and a half. They replaced the frame under the 2 year warranty.

Oh and reading reviews online, and seems like that this is the norm.  It breaks after 4 years or so and they will do nothing to help.

I had the same experience with my 2011 earlier this year.

So what did you end up doing?  Seems like its a great carriage but only last for 4-5 years.  I really don't want to spend $200 on a frame now.

Trashed it. I don't really need a carriage at this time. If I did, I suppse I would  try  Craigslist.

They did. She's the straight type. Officially everyone is allowed to bring a carriage for free. United Airlines

She took it out the box and tags off. Anyway its for her daughter. Why is it any different than coming in with a kid in it
