I have no clue whether my taxes will go up or down, I sincerely hope they go up substantially.

I haven't yet filed 2016, and I think 2017 was substantially better, looking forward to an even better 2018. Though I definitely do welcome the increase in child tax credit (the fact that I had a baby in 2017 extends the usefulness of that), I am not yet sure whether I will be able to benefit from the 20% deduction for passthrough entitites, need to study the final details. If I will be able to take advantage of that, it will definitely be very helpful.

You made assumptions that there will be cuts to entitlements. I do not see that as likely to happen
You assumed that even if there is it would be because of this bill. I think the Rs would want entitlement reform regardless of this bill.
You assumed that entitlement reform hurts the lower and middle class. I have seen too many people stuck doing nothing with their life because of entitlements to believe that.

You just can't cut taxes 1.5 trillion an expect it to magically pay for itself. Entitlement programs will take a hit. That effects the low/middle class the most. They are predicting 10mm+ plus uninsured by the time this expires. You think they will be low/middle class or the rich?

I don't have a figure, but lets say 1-1.5. Where should it come from? Entitlements which needed o be reformed anyhow. Unlikely that will happen.
