I am actually at the property currently. However, I do not want to alert them to a mistake rate which is thousands of dollars in price difference. I would only do so if I knew 100% with evidence that they acknowledge the mistake and are honoring.
Hyatt here says my reservation looks ok.
Booking.com says they need proof or they will cancel.
Hyatt here cannot make a new reservation directly for me with the mistake rate.
I dont understand. You've checked in on a reservation that has been cancelled?
