Again, i do not take any responsibility for this product/deal.
The normal price for this set based on the market is roughly $24, i assume the seller is trying to built up his listing and therefor giving a very deep discount on this.

This kind of “silverware” is not cheap, $4 seems like a very good deal to me if it is the same quality as it appears okay the picture.
