Recover Deleted Google Sheet

 i mistakenly deleted an important sheet (and then emptied my trash...)

any ways to recover?

Do you see it in Version History? (in the File menu)

If it's there you should be able to select and copy it, you can then paste it into excel or into another google spreadsheet, then go out of Version History and copy it back into the spreadsheet.
