Switch car seats to leather

Does anyone have experience with this? Supposedly I can switch my Honda Odessy seats with leather for 2k. The car is 3 years old and the lease is up, the primary reason I want to get rid of it is because the fabric seats are disgusting. If I can switch to leather I would just buy out the lease.
Curious to hear if anyone else has ever done this? Any reason no to?

Lower model - cheaper overall.
Didn't realize how bad cloth seats would be with kids after 3 years.
That was the floor model; it was immediately available.

I know someone that did it in a sedan. I remember it looking good.

I did it with my Accord 10 years ago, it was regular leather seats.
