I have used BMO Harris for a long time, I have no fees business and personal accounts, it is Bank Of Montreal US subsidiary.

I hate saying this about a big bank, but I love Chase service (speaking mainly about biz checking and biz credit cards). Very competent front line reps and easy to get service round the clock.
