Advice Needed

My washer fluid in my car froze up. I guess I accidentally bought some off-brand garbage that only says antifreeze, but doesn't actually do it. Any solutions?

heat gun on the reservoir... Not too close...you don't want to melt it. Alternatively, you can try a hair dryer. It's not as hot.

It stays Frozen even after driving around for a few?

Newer model cars heat the fluid a bit as well. Mix with some antifreeze type when it thaws, or use it up and refill with the real stuff.
