Also this is my first time using PC, do I just book the cheapest car available and then I'm able to pick any pc car?

Is that standard or intermediate? Also where does an SUV slot? And I saw that the maximum upgrade is to a full-size car, is that accurate? And what would I do if I wanted an suv?

SUV's should be there too, but it's a risk you take if you don't book at least a midsize SUV up front. (meaning if you only book a sedan there might not be an SUV to upgrade to)

Not many recent reports, but the FT threads are usually the best way to get DPs on a specific airport AFAIK:

In the past, I was able to receive a much better price for G at a local hertz instead of the airport (no airport taxes). They had a sedan and SUV Cadillac available
