What is everyone’s experience with taking a reserve car when you have PC?
I have friends who did it and sometimes it works sometimes not. What about morally- is there something wrong with doing that?

If you booked a Mid size or higher, and have your # added at time of reservation - yes no problem. I haven't tried with adding number after res is made, but I would assume you are 100% fine with adding via phone or at the counter before getting car.

Would put money down this was bc family member had a reservation not for mid-size or higher, but lower than midsize

Had for luxury car and wanted an SUV. Booked on Hotwire. Guy told him that "you want to pay such a low rate and just take any car you want"? I know that the guy was wrong, but the fact is, what recourse do you have out there on the lot?

Did more than once thru Priceline , worked well.

I've done it many times via Autoslash, both in MIA & FLL, without any issue. The reservations even showed up on my Hertz PC account.

What's his price? Once you get upgraded your account shows PC, I don't know what risk there is once you're PC, haven't heard of statuses getting pulled...
