You would have to first get hertz to give you president circle status. Just making a reservation with the venture x card won't do anything for you.

Booked a priceline express deal and ended up with a hertz rental,  but seems difficult to add my hertz president's circle membership # to the reservation,  anyone know if this is possible? Hertz said Priceline needs to be Priceline said they can't..
