Try to call the location, and modify it, if they can(doubt it) have them email the new contract.If they can't do it, you can try for some compensation. That should be easier then having them change the contract.

I had 2 reservations, I asked the counter to cancel the full size and of course they canceled my mid size which I only noticed by booth on way out. Is there anything I could do?
You can't officially have 2 separate reservations. Go over to the booths and tell them.

You can't have 2 reservations for the same time. They can officially cancel one ( or both ) although it rarely happens.But my understanding is taht he's at the location. So just tell the rep at the counter.

I btw had 8:30 and 9:00. But I came came only 11 so they saw my 2 reservations on their computer!! P.s. I do think it’s possible to 2 reservations at the same time!
