Why not?
And how long will it last if I just leave it? I am asking because I want to rent a car in two weeks and if it will expire I want to reapply before I rent.
Let sleeping dogs lie. Your status probably officially expired but it's rarely enforced. Don't bring it to their attention or you risk a manual downgrade.I would expect you to retain the status indefinitely.
ThanksHave you seen this before where people keep PC indefinitely?
Also, if I rent from an airport, will it keep my PC status there as well for Ultimate choice? Just making sure this is a blanket thing.
Yup. Known thing. I’ve had it myself for years. Let’s just hope no one tells Hertz.
I have a rental coming up in JFK. I have noticed that they leave a lot of their premium SUV's in "Reserved" spots as opposed to PC. If I just hop in and try to drive out, will they let it through? Can anything happen? (Please explain)
Don't they have to assign you one, to put on your contract? its not like national. I never rented Hertz at JFk but at other locations I did, you need to get assigned a car at the desk.
When you take a car from the airport, as you leave the location there is a booth that prints out your receipt. So you can just jump into any car and if they have a problem with you taking a car they will send you back.
Part of what I am wondering is that I see when the Hertz guys bring in a car to the lot, they go afterwards to some computer (there are a few throughout the lot), put something in, and continue their business. So are they just registering that there is a car available on the lot, or are they registering it to a specific area?
To a specific spot! The lady in EWR showed me the screen where it shows every car is assigned a spot.
Any experience with lga pc?
has anyone ever tried this with hertz? Does it work?
yesyes if you have status
from which area did you take? Because the real premium cars they don’t keep the keys in car!
Need your LG Exalt fixed? Cracked in half? Water damage? Or parts to repair yourself. 347.201.2501
I've been in LAS and all the keys were in the vehicles, there's a toll booth to exit, so they're not exactly concerned about people fleeing with their cars.
