I just started again. I cant believe how weak my upper body was. Could barely do push ups, started with knee push ups, almost at 3 sets of 15 then i'll move to full push ups. Also 3 sets 15 per arm 15 lb dumbell curls.

Crazy because in my early 20's when I lived in israel i'd do push ups in sets of 30, chin ups in sets of 15 :/

Gym may not work for every one, with my PT done, i'm paying $35 for 6 rehab visits, 2x a week so about $47 a month. Yeah its more than the gym, but have appointment and oversight works.

Are these rehab visits one on one?
