You have very little time. Milage run is a good option, but if you can't, you can open a card that offers MQMs. I don't know how quickly you can get the spend done and have them post, it may be too late, but that's a good place to start looking
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Too late for that, your best option is a mileage run.

Figured. Well, if you have the DL Plat and are close to 25k spend that's an option too, but unlikely that's the case.

Still need spend to post, statement to close and a few days after that.

Can you please elaborate on that. What if December statement already closed?

Then even if you were to spend 25k the mqms wont post until the following statement closes.

Can cancel within 24 hours. The Award Ticket redeposit fee is $150 USD after 24 hours. This fee is waived for Diamond and Platinum Medallion members. Award Tickets not canceled at least 72 hours prior to the originating flight departure time are nonrefundable.
Does anyone have any luck getting the fee waived for non status members? I have a award ticket that I want to cancel but I dont want to pay $150 to reinstate my miles

Delta is usually pretty good about waiving this if you have a good excuse. HUCA usually works for me.

Depending on how long you have till you need the miles back, try to see if the flight gets delayed.

I’m trying to book an award for 2 people but it says only 1 seat available at this price.
If I book 1 and try right away for another 1 will I really not be able to book?
Are these numbers accurate?

Try a 2BM and report back (you can cancel if the second one doesn't work).

Did DL recently raise their price of standard award for TLV? I believe the highest was always 105k, and now I'm seeing 130k (September)
