Computer Games
« on: January 08, 2018, 02:55:24 PM »
Anyone know of some appropriate games for a 9 year old boy and a 6 year old girl? could be any type of game but educational with some fun is always better. Looking to get my kids some more computer time as they have none now.

looking more for a game I can download or buy and install as opposed to them having access to internet.

Would love for my kids to learn how to use a computer properly.

rollercoaster tycoon for the 9 yr old. Have the 6yo watch, and she'll be able to do it as well. These are good old non-violent games. (Although my kids have figured out how to add a little violence)

there is many types of roller coaster tycoons and now they have a zoo tycoon yes that's also very creative and time-consuming..

When they get a little older - there is a whole series of Nancy Drew Mystery games which are awesome, I think they're for ages 12+. Just look out for pritzus, you can generally tell from the pictures on the CD case (or online) if the people in the game are going to be well dressed, and you may want to skip a few of the series.
