Need your help! Anybody see anything decent in this price range?

Bought my last laptop from dell for $500

The screen just popped off

I bought this great looking one from sams club at 649 but it turned out to be a dud

Here are the features im looking for
- 2in1
- touchscreen
- full keyboard w keypad
- i7 8th gen 3GZ+ (higher the better)
- 1-2 TB HD + SSD Drive
- 16+ GB RAM (even expandable works for me)
