any one have any luck  getting  chase to match the business offer of 80k to the personal offer of 120k? or because one is business and  one is personal and the way to earn the bonus on the business is diffrent then the way to earn the bonus on the  personal ,its not possible?

I got the offer for 75 points after $3k spend or i can sign up for the 120k after $12k spend, which one is a better sign up if you dont plan on using it to hit the $12k?

Also i canceled the card a few months ago but i just checked and i received the bonus for 80k points back on 4/18/2016...does that mean i cant sign up for the card until after that? or i have to not spend the $3k until after that date?

After about 8.5k spend on, the 120k offer becomes better, so unless you can spend 12k IMHO go for the lower one.
Even if you get the lower one, spend the 9k additional spend you'd need for the 120k on an SPG card, you don't come out much behind.

Interestingly the 120k offer doesn't seem to have the 24 month language (CMIIW), so I don't know what the status with that offer is.
But for the regular offer it will have to be 24 months since you got the bonus to apply.

Chase website says otherwise. it says

This product is available to you if you do not have this card and have not received a new cardmember bonus for this card in the past 24 months.
