i never had a problem using amex chat. over the past few days whenever i try using the chat it first says low connection and after a few seconds it says "we were unable to establish a chat connection" and disconnects . anyone have similar issue? any solutions? (i have nativ filter but this was never a problem) I tried on 2 separate laptops.
