Selling Junior Suite at Turnberry Isle resort in Miami Jan 28-30

This is the same room I was selling in the other thread but is now confirmed in a Junior Suite (with a requested upgrade to the One Bedroom Suite, based on availability).

Its a stunning 300 Acre resort in the Aventura area. (Many Kosher Supermarkets, as well as Shuls nearby.)

This paid rate for this suite is $521 per night plus taxes and resort fees.

I will sell for $350 a night all inclusive OBO.

Also its confirmed in the Jasmine Tower, which to my understanding is a bit larger, as well as a bit nicer Decor than the others.
