Flight cancellation help

Booked ba flight from tlv to lhr connection to dfw through chase...ba cancelled tlv leg and no options that work for ba- need two stopovers or overnight stopover in lhr very hard with kids and have to pay hotel and miss work....is there anything I can do to ger onto another airline?  Doc annoying bc flights now so much more expensive

Maybe Chase would pay for the price discrepancy of a normal flight as part of the travellers insurance that comes with booking with them. Did you try calling?

My wife has been on phone with them for twice hours the guy not willing to do anything- 5k points total.

When is flight? Push BA to accommodate you, not chase
